Hello, everyone!
August has begun, and that means it's time for another update.
Fulfillment Status
This month sees us with a bit of a good news/bad news situation, unfortunately. Let's rip the bandage off and start with the bad:
If your order was estimated for July or earlier, and contains a Master Vault in Wenge with Turquoise Inlay, your order is facing delays.
We've run into some issues with the inlay, and are working to iron these out. Unfortunately, it's caused a significant amount of waste and unusable items, so we'll need to re-do a lot of them. We're working on that now, but these orders are going to be late as a result. We apologize for the delay, but rest assured we're doing what we need to in order to get you the quality pieces you backed, that you'll love for years to come.
The good news? Orders not containing those items are largely on track and should remain so. Even better, we're optimistic we can get back on track with everything, including the Wenge/Turquoise Vaults, during the month of August. We'll check back on the 15th with an update on how that's going.

Mid-July Fulfillment Update

Hello everyone! It's a new month, and that means another update. Let's see how fulfillment is going.
Fulfillment Status Update
When we last checked in, we were in progress with June, but it had not yet been completed. At this point, we can announce that July orders have begun shipping, and we're nearly done with June. The remainder of June pledges will ship by the end of this month. In addition, we expect to ship all July pledges by then, as well. Forward progress!
There's not much else to report - priority one is getting back on schedule... after that, we may even be able to get ahead of it. But we'll check back in on that with our next update.
Of course, all pledges that have shipped after the end of the target month will include a complimentary $25 Gyft Certificate in keeping with our Kickstarter policy.

End of June Fulfillment Update

Hello everyone! It's a new month, and that means another update. Let's see how fulfillment is going.
Fulfillment Status Update
Production continues, and we have been aggressively ramping up shipping since our last update. However, let's get the bad news out of the way first: the first wave (June) hasn't all been shipped yet. We estimate about half of the first tier orders remain, all of which should be going out soon.
The reasons for missing the deadline stem from a couple unforeseen issues. Most notably, our new laser had some issues to work out that delayed full operation. There were also some supply problems related to the turquoise inlay material simply being hard to track down. In keeping with our policy, all June Kickstarter tier backer orders that were unshipped as of yesterday will be receiving a physical $25 Gyft Certificate in their package in the form of a postcard, so please look for that in your orders when they arrive if you have not received a shipping notification yet.
The good news is that the above issued have been addressed, and we're working to get back on target for July. Initial signs are positive, so we look forward to providing a status update on the 15th with details on how it's going - with any luck, we'll have closed out June and be well into the July Kickstarter tier orders by then.

Our vlog series is back! Season five officially kicked off this past Friday, and we're back on our regular schedule of new episodes every Friday and Wednesday. This season promises to be quite eventful, with episodes coming from not one but TWO locations - here in Massachusetts at Wyrmwood HQ, and at our sister shop in Pennsylvania. The locations will alternate, with full episodes from each location. The season premiere features a discussion of the numbers from this Kickstarter... and also stops in with two of our own (spoiler, one of them is writing this) as we embark on a new chapter of life...

Hello everyone! Well, June is finally here, which means we'll be checking in on both the 1st and 15th of every month, from now until fulfillment concludes. Let's see how we're doing so far!
Fulfillment Status Update
The Corrupted Collection production is in full swing, but as of yet we have not begun shipping the first wave of orders. We are, however, set to begin shipping within days, so we should start shipping orders this week. While we cannot predict exactly when a given order will ship, you should receive a confirmation email when your order is packed and completed, so be on the lookout for that.
We had a bit of trouble with our new laser, which is a huge part of this project, so that slowed down production considerably and set back our fulfillment slightly. We are, however, working hard to get things back on track and get June fulfilled by the end of the month. Of course, any orders impacted by production/fulfillment delays that end up shipping after their originally estimated date will include a physical $25 Gyft Certificate to WyrmwoodGaming.com.
All in all, we're making solid forward progress and expect to remain doing so, gaining ground as we move deeper into fulfillment.

Fulfillment Begins!

Hello backers!
June is here at last! Fulfillment is set to begin this week. In addition to the updates we've been sending on the 1st of every month, we will send a check in on the 15th, as well. This schedule will continue until fulfillment has concluded.
So how are we looking this month? Well, we're finalizing the last of our laser files for the artwork, all the other files and jigs are lined up and ready, and we're sorting out the orders into our weekly batches today, so we should be all good to go. We'll give you a progress update on the 15th, but we are not anticipating delays at this time.
