Pre-orders in Production!

Hello everyone!

We're checking in with a brief update to let you know that we are producing Corrupted Collection pre-orders as we speak. We're building up inventory before we start shipping in earnest, but shipping will begin in the next week or two, and continue until we fulfill all outstanding pre-orders, which is on track to conclude by the end of next month.

We have a couple photos of some of the finished product being prepared for shipment and boxed:

Meanwhile, we're set to close surveys on our follow-up campaign and move that project towards fulfillment, as well, which is set to begin in April. Pre-orders will remain open in that project until we get closer to the end of fulfillment, so if you missed it, it's not too late to check the project out!

Wyrm Lyfe: Season 7

Our vlog, with new episodes out every Wednesday and Friday, is back after a brief, end-of-year hiatus. The first episode covered the wild roller-coaster that was 2020, and the first all-new episode of the season premiered Wednesday. A new episode is set to arrive later today, but you can watch Wednesday's episode below:

End of October Fulfillment Update

Hello, everyone!

Well, another Halloween is here, and we're happy to announce that the last of the Corrupted Collection pledges are shipped, or being prepared for shipping within a week, as of this writing.

We know it's been a long wait, and longer than we intended, but we appreciate your support and patience and hope that you'll not love the pieces you receive any less as a result.

Pre-Orders & Future Updates

As we announced in our last update, we'll be fulfilling the pre-orders for this campaign after the 2020 holidays, due to our production bandwidth being entirely consumed to get us back on track for the holiday season, which is crucial for us. Obviously this was not part of the plan for fulfilling this project, but then 2020 was not a year where things went according to plan for a lot of people and businesses.

But given that this project is entering a brief period of hibernation until we can pivot back aggressively in January, we're going to be suspending updates for the next few months, until production and shipping resume. There won't be any news to report on the project, and we don't want to clutter up your inbox for nothing.

However, we will still be actively monitoring the campaign page, and, as always, we will be available to respond to messages and help out with any issues you may have, especially as these final shipments make their way to the backers.

Corrupted Collection II: Moon Rising

Well, Halloween is - technically - over, and with it, our follow-up campaign has come to a close, as well. If you missed it, you can still check out the page to see all the available Coffin Trays and Art Trays, and all of the unlocked art from Crystal Sully and Frank Frazetta, too. Options for art prints, and a t-shirt design were all added, so it's definitely worth a look, and maybe a pre-order. We hope you enjoy it, and let us take one more opportunity to wish you all a happy Halloween.

Deep Into That Darkness Peering

So while we'll retreat to the shadows a bit, for now, we'll always be here... out of sight, but still watching, still waiting... like any good monster would. Of course, we're on your side, so there's no need to fear... but we should tell you that we're not alone here. There are other shapes lurking in the dark, and they seem... different. You may want to keep an eye out... after all, on a Halloween night, with a full moon in the sky... well, who's to say what could happen?

Mid-October Fulfillment Update

Hello, backers!

As we rapidly approach another Halloween, let's check in and see how close we are to closing the books on this project.

Fulfillment Status

As of today, we're wrapped on the vast majority of pledges. Everything through August pledges have been shipped. Almost all of the non-Wenge/Turquoise pledges for September have been fulfilled, as well. The remainder is due to be complete by the end of October, and that will officially conclude the Kickstarter tier shipments. Which is great! Pre-orders, however, pose a bit of a problem.

We expected to be through with all fulfillment by this time, but we hit repeated snags with the laser and inlay, as prior updates have detailed. There are a sizable amount of pre-orders to fill, and as the holidays approach, our bandwidth for production and machine time is very limited. As a result of that, we had to make some tough calls, and we've laid out a plan to wrap up production of the Corrupted Collection that is as follows:

1) Once the Kickstarter is 100% fulfilled, production on the Corrupted Collection will pause for the holidays.

2) Production for pre-orders will resume aggressively in January, with a target completion - meaning all orders shipped - by end of February 2021. We apologize for the delay.

3) Pre-orders, due to the lack of any size limit on the "tier," are not included in our Kickstarter Policy of receiving $25 Gyft Certificates for pledges that ship later than our estimates. However, given we are pushing them back and for an extended time, we're choosing both to include pre-order customers in this offer in this case, and also to send them their certificates early via digital means. All pre-order backers should receive a $25 Gyft Certificate to their BackerKit email address, beginning tomorrow. These certificates can be used on WyrmwoodGaming.com (enter the code as a coupon during checkout), or on a Wyrmwood Kickstarter or BackerKit pre-order (contact us for details).

We thank you for your understanding and patience as we move our limited resources where we need them to be.

Speaking of Halloween

While we wrap up this campaign fulfillment, a bit later than intended, we've been working on a new way to honor the holiday for 2020. That work is nearly complete... and we were excited to share it with you all, as we wouldn't be continuing to create these items and pursue these directions without your support.
