End of September Fulfillment Update

Hello, everyone. It's hard to believe that October is already upon us once again! Let's check in and see how fulfillment is progressing.
Fulfillment Status
Progress continues to be made, shipments and orders continue to be sent out daily, but we are still in fulfillment at this time. As of our last writing, we were having severe issues with our laser, which made engravings - a major part of most of the items in this campaign - difficult or impossible to complete. While the first issue was resolved, the machine ran for all of a day and a half or so before succumbing to another, different issue.
We are getting technicians onsite using all the force and leverage we can muster, and we're also looking into alternative machinery brands at this point.
Nonetheless, we're committed to getting it up and running again ASAP and wrapping up fulfilllment as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and bearing with us as we get through the last of the pledges and work on pre-orders.

As we are still wrapping up the campaign tiers, we have not begun shipping pre-orders at this time, though we do have some stock available. We apologize for the inconvenience to those of you impacted, and we're working on a revised timeline/estimate for the large quantity of pre-orders that accumulated over the period in which they were open.

Mid-September Fulfillment Update

Hello, everyone. Fulfillment is winding down - let's check in and see where things stand at the halfway point in September.
Fulfillment Status
As of this writing, we're continuing to make progress, albeit slower than we'd like. We continue to face trouble with the Wenge/Turquoise monster Master Vaults. Unfortunately, our laser is once again down for the count - there was a failure of a part. The culprit has been narrowed down to one of two sensors, both of which have been removed and sent to the manufacturer as of yesterday. They should be troubleshooting it presently.
Nick, who is running the laser and partially managing fulfillment, will be headed to the manufacturer's facility tomorrow to receive training, and while there will check up on the status of the diagnosis in hopes of getting a firm answer, as well as what the steps are to replacing the faulty part. With any luck, it will be a part that can be easily sourced, but unfortunately, we don't know that yet.
On the plus side, however, ALL product for the campaign besides the aforementioned Wenge/Turquoise Master Vaults will be complete by the end of the month. And, barring any huge delays spent waiting for parts to be manufactured, the rest of the campaign should be totally fulfilled in October. Pre-orders will extend a bit later, but not too far after that.

End of August Fulfillment Update

August has come to a close. Let's check in and see how fulfillment is proceeding.
Fulfillment Status
As of this writing, fulfillment is still underway. While we're shipping out orders every day, we still have a ways to go. Our current estimate is that we have about half of August orders shipped, with a handful of June/July orders still needing to go out.
We're prioritizing the remaining June/July orders at this point, but as we enter September, our goal is to conclude Kickstarter fulfillment entirely by month's end, and begin shipping pre-orders immediately after that.
As we've noted throughout fulfillment, the main source of difficulty has been the Wenge & Turquoise Master Vaults, which take a great deal of time to run through production. We've managed to greatly reduce the errors occurring in the engraving process, but they still need to make it through many different stops on their way to inventory and shipment. At present, we're engraving these Vaults from open to close every day - about 12-13 hours each day - but we may begin running them overnight to further ramp it up if this can be done safely and responsibly.

Hello, everyone!
August is well underway. Let's check in and see how we're doing.
Fulfillment Status
As we noted last month, we were experiencing issues specific to Master Vaults in Wenge with Turquoise Inlay. While we're making progress, we aren't quite out of the woods yet, so those orders are still lagging behind the rest of fulfillment. The problem is mostly owing to the very long laser cycle time for these complex engravings - it takes hours of time to engrave each small batch, and each piece must be run through twice. In addition, there have been some calibration issues that have led to pieces being ruined - on the second run, after already investing hours on them. We're exploring the option of overnight runs and expanding shift coverage to essentially run the machine 24/7 - we'll see what's necessary to get caught up and provide further details in the next update.
As before, the news is mostly positive for all other orders that do not contain these particular items. They continue to push through, and we are making up ground and getting lots of orders out. It's been fun seeing some posts on social media of backers showing off their new Vaults!
To check in on the various tiers: June fulfillment is wrapped up. July is nearly done, other than some of the aforementioned Master Vaults in Wenge. August fulfillment is in progress, and progressing well outside of the Wenge/Turquoise Master Vaults. We'll continue to do everything possible to keep the project moving forward and get 100% back on track as soon as possible. We'll keep this brief; in our last update, we announced the upcoming Wyrmwood Modular Gaming Table Kickstarter campaign, which was scheduled to launch today.
